C. J. REED NAMED MEAC PLAYER OF THE WEEK - 'Cats Back At Home Wednesday Hosting Carver Bible College at 7 PM -
 
Freshman point guard C. J. Reed was named the MEAC Conference Men's Player Of The Week today. Reed scored 14 points in the 55-29 win at Savannah State and tied his collegiate career-high at B-CU scoring 23 points at The Citadel in games last week. "As a coaching staff, we are very happy with his play and congratulations to the staff, C. J., and the team," said Wildcats' Head Coach Clifford Reed, Jr.

Citadel Comeback In Second Half - Holds On To Beat B-CU 58-57
 
The Citadel (6-7) held on for a 58-57 home win over Bethune-Cookman Saturday night in Charleston, South Carolina. The B-CU Wildcats played a solid first half shooting a season-high 56% (14-25) and led 36-24. C. J. Reed tied his career-scoring high with a game-high 23 points in the contest, B-CU's 11th road game in the past 12 games.

WILDCATS WIN IN OT 66-64 AT JACKSONVILLE UNIVERSITY
The Christmas holiday break this week will have good thoughts of an exciting victory in Jacksonville for B-CU players and coaches. Monday night, The Wildcats won in OT 66-64 with freshman C. J. Reed scoring 7 points in overtime to beat the JU Dolphins. The Wildcats (5-6) led at halftime 27-24 with Reed leading the B-CU scorers with 9 points. Senior forward John Holmes came off the bench to contribute eight points in the opening 20 minutes. [+]

Road Trip Continues Tonight at Jacksonville University 7 PM
Long Island University (4-5) nailed eight three pointers and limited B-CU (4-6) to one three pointer and only 32.1 % field goal shooting in the game Wednesday night in Brooklyn. LIU won 71-46 with three players scoring in double figures and they held the Wildcats' top two scorers to a combined 2-20 FG shooting. [+]

ROAD TRIP CONTINUES FOR WILDCATS - AT LONG ISLAND UNIVERSITY NEXT AT WELLNESS CENTER ON BROOKLYN CAMPUS
The difficult stretch of 11 out of 12 games on the road in November and December for the Wildcat basketball team will be 80% complete following Wednesday's 7 pm game at Long Island University.
